Refunds & Cancellation

You can leave Pro as easily as you joined. This policy explains how cancellation works, what happens to your access, and how refunds are handled.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard via the billing portal. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in.
When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the current billing period. You keep Pro (unlimited) access until that date, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds
Because access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, monthly charges are generally non-refundable for time already elapsed.
If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or believe you are owed a refund, contact us — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will surface the issue in your dashboard so you can update your payment method via the billing portal. If payment cannot be completed, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Downgrading
Downgrading from Pro to Free is the same as cancelling: Pro features remain until the end of the paid period, then Free limits apply. Your account, usage history, and settings are preserved.
